Ten years ago, People Plus took its first steps around a small table in a café in Mendrisio. That is where the first ideas, the first projects and the first decisions came to life. Soon afterwards came an empty office, with furniture to assemble, walls to paint and plenty of work ahead.
A lot has changed since then.
Our customers, our team, our projects and our expertise have all grown. Over the past ten years, we have experienced exciting milestones as well as more challenging moments, just as any growing business does. Every experience has helped us grow, strengthening our expertise and our determination to keep building.
What has never changed is the way we approach every project: listening carefully to our customers, building long-lasting relationships based on trust, and supporting companies with expertise, continuity and a strong focus on people.
Technology has also evolved significantly over the years. Business needs have changed, the way companies operate has transformed, and new tools have become available. We have chosen to grow alongside our customers, helping them improve their business processes and turn technology into a practical opportunity to work more efficiently.
Today, the greatest satisfaction is not looking back, but still being excited about what lies ahead. Every milestone we achieve is simply the starting point for the next one.
